Park worked closely with mechanical and electrical contractor, Integral, to supply and facilitate the installation of a modern LED architectural linear lighting system throughout the building, which is daylight dimmable and controlled by an energy management lighting control system.

Externally, the building has a feature halo line of light making the building stand out on the skyline.

Customer Feedback:

Sean Little, Integral project engineer, said: “This has been a challenging project especially the M&E aspect. The lighting design in itself was a challenge for install purposes. We had to co-ordinate a lot of the lighting with a feature timber ceiling throughout the building.

“Externally, the lighting had a feature “Halo perimeter light” that needed careful co-ordination for install purposes with Integral, Park and Delta light. Having worked closely with sales director, specialist services at Park Electrical, at the early stages, any hurdles or barriers were quickly absorbed and dealt with in a very professional manner.

“We handed over the building to the client in February 2019. Feedback has been very positive especially the lighting comments. Many Thanks to Simon and his team at Park Electrical Distributors.”
